HELLO! VERY LONG TIME NO SEE!!haha. 心血来操 suddenly feel like blogging. but i don't know if there'll be more posts after this one. anyway finally watched TOY STORY 3 with the gang. it's been out for so long and i've been wanting to catch it for even longer, finally did it today. it's really a childhood movie to me. woody and buzz lightyear. i've even took part in some lucky draw before when i'm like still a small boy and gotten a toy story pencil case with a set of stationary. =) alot of memories. really interesting the way they look at things from another point of view. well i was quite sad watching the movie haha. people say letting go may be better. but the thing is, letting go may be better on your side, how about the other side? will the other side be better off if one let go? if not why let go?i've been thinking about my old toys i've had when i was a kid after watching the movie. i've had quite a limited number of toys to play with when i was a kid due to various reasons. money, space etc. sometimes i have to even play barbie dolls together with my sisters. that was like =.=" haha. it's a experience i'm not afraid to share. it's not like i want to play but what can i do with only 2 sisters to play with? most of my toys were from happy meals or hand downs (from somewhere). those that i miss are the ultraman, red ranger and the ninja turtle. although the ultraman was like very limited movable parts, it's the only one i got overseas (malaysia). the ninja turtle was fun cause it comes with a motorcycle which can transform into something like a glider, and it was a birthday gift from my aunt bought at YOHAN (who still remember this place?). and i guess it somehow spark my interest in how things work. and lastly, the red ranger which i tresure the most cause it was bought by my beloved mum. how i miss them. =( all my toys were like handed down to my younger cousins. and i remember how sad it was. it was even worse to see them being tortured.i would have definitely want more toys to play with when i was a kid. but i can only make do with the toys r'us stall in northpoint that time. it was a heaven to me. i can spend hours inside just admoring the toys. that's why till now when i see toys r'us i would still be tempted to enter. they have like everything i wanted there. lol. the transformers, cars (especially those remote controlled ones), power rangers and much much more. when people ask me why i choose mechanical engineering and i answered interest, most will give me the o.O look. it's something which i've always been interested in since young. i've even took apart some stuff (eg. clock) at home and put them back together in working condition. it's been sparked off by these toys which i think has been deem un-fun. just take a look around. what are kids holding in their hands nowadays? PSPs, DSs, handphones etc. how about at home? PS3, XBox 360, Wii. the world has changed so much. how i wish it could go back to the past and never change, and i'll never grow up. miss the days.what toys do/did you play with?
